Due to the nature of Print on Demand, a margin of acceptable imperfections are to be expected. This includes spine alignment, print colour etc.

Please note that we do not handle shipping or returns or fulfilment when the book is purchased with Amazon. If needed, please contact Amazon directly if you purchased via their marketplace.

Returns

Please purchase mindfully. Due to ‘The Manifestation Diaries — Signed Pre-order Edition’ being a limited edition pre-order item, returns and refunds for change of mind are not accepted. Should an item arrive damaged or faulty, please email kimberley@kimberleywenya.com.

Shipping

Signed book orders are scheduled to be dispatched the following Tues-Wed from when an order is placed.

All orders are shipped with Australia Post from Melbourne, Australia. Please note that any import taxes are not handled by us, and any country-specific import taxes may later apply.

We cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or for undelivered packages due to incorrect delivery information.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of the order and destination.

Shipping Times

For Australian orders, please allow 3–6 business days for your order to arrive once posted.

For International orders, please allow 7–16 business days in most cases, and up to 25 business days in remote locations for your order to arrive once posted.

Please note that delivery times are just an estimate, and we cannot take responsibility for any longer delivery times or delays. Cancellations, refunds and returns for late delivery are not accepted.
